Description
Distilled in 2020 from barley peated in the grain to over 100 PPM phenols, and matured in First Fill Bourbon and First Fill Oloroso hogsheads. The point of this release was never just the number – it was to see how much smoke the spirit could carry without losing the fruit, the sweetness, the elegance underneath. The answer, it turns out, is rather a lot.
Bottled at 60.5% abv and bottled in March 2026
