Known as ” The Maritime Malt” Old Pulteney 15 Years Old bears all the characteristics of it’s home town Wick.
Matured in warehouses next to the sea initially in American oak ex-bourbon casks and then in Spanish oak casks. The colour is of warm amber with rich dried fruit, citrus, honey sweetness and creamy vanilla on the nose. Layers of floral chocolate and fragrant spices lead to dark toffee with a hint of sea air on the finish
