Paying homage to the river Spey that flows by the Macallan distillery the 6th and final release in this cult series.
Specially seasoned casks have been used in the maturation of this whisky. A combination of American and European oak butts with hogsheads produce a brass coloured whisky. Rich in aromas of fresh fruits, nutmeg, ginger, chocolate, toffee and vanilla notes merged with oak. Toasted oats at the finish.
