A combination of Oloroso sherry seasoned American oak and European oak casks are what lie behind the success of this special whisky.
Harvest sun in colour, the aroma is creamy butterscotch with a hint of toffee apple, candied orange, vanilla custard and newly felled oak. The palate is deliciously honeyed, ginger and citrus balanced with raisins and caramel. The finish is oaky warm, sweet and drying.
