Description
The final release in the Concept series is very much a marriage of whisky and style with a contribution by the noted designer David Carson.
The whisky itself is California gold in colour with an aroma of sweet fresh pear and apricot, gentle oak spice, with warm cinnamon and ginger, followed by vanilla and sweet citrus.
The palate is of fresh apple and pear with oak spice and delicate herbal notes, leading to a rich, creamy vanilla sweetness. The finish is medium sweet with smooth buttery pastry notes.
