Description
The Connoisseurs Choice range is noted for encompassing a wide range of whiskies from across Scotland often featuring whiskies from distilleries that escaped under the radar.
This particular Glen Spey was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2017. Matured in a first fill Bourbon barrel. The whisky has sweet vanilla and tropical fruit aromas with a touch of lime. Sweet initially followed by black pepper and toasted oak flavours. A lingering citrus edge develops.
