Description
The original Coleburn distillery was founded in 1897 and during its lifetime produced highly prized whisky, mothballed in 1985, plans are in place to resume production on a smaller scale.
The Connoisseurs Choice series from Gordon and MacPhail has since 1968 highlighted the finest in Single malts often showcasing whiskies from some of the harder to find distilleries. Distilled in 1972 this particular release was bottled in 2002.
