Distilled on October 10th 2013 and bottled on November 25th 2020. Burnt Amber in colour. On the nose light toasted oak, red fruits leading to a sweet, dark fruit jam and a hint of dry smoke.
The palate is peat smoke, oak spice, dark grapes, cocoa and red chili, with a delicately balanced sweetness and acidity. The finish is long and sweet, with hints of red wine and over-ripened grapes.
