Description
A lovely little release that was only available for a short period 2015-2018. Crafted from a marriage of whisky matured in two different casks. Initially a first fill bourbon cask which imparts a delicious vanilla sweetness, subtle spices and bourbon oak smoke to complement Bowmore’s gentle peaty smokiness. The second fill cask enhances fresh fruity complexity and showcases its trademark honey and creamy malt character.
One the eye warm gold, the nose is of vanilla fudge, sea air and peat smoke. balanced with honeycomb and cinnamon spice. Complex finish with exotic aromas and a vanilla, lime finish.
