Taking its name from the famous beach on the north west coast of Islay. The third release in this series takes on board all the elements and attributes from its home. Matured in American Oak and ex Oloroso Sherry casks for a mighty 19 years.
Waves of scented wood smoke and sea spray with pine resin on the nose. Aniseed toffee and sweet lilies with fresh citrus and spice. A drop of water opens a new dimension of light charcoal, sherry and linseed oil.
The taste is sweet black treacle, hints of smoked liquorice, nuts and spice.
The finish is long, lingering and complex
