Water is obtained via Loch Nam Ban.One of the hardships that the team at the Whiskymouse have to suffer is tasting different whiskies and looking at suitable adjectives for them. At a recent tasting a Caol Ila was poured and looked at in serious reverential terms.When asked What was it that first sprung to mind upon tasting? a voice piped up and said Kylie Minogue We couldnt agree more. A lovely rich blend of smokiness with a well rounded body.
